Frequently Asked Questions and Answers

  1. Does Distant Coaching Really Work?

ABSOLUTELY! Whether you are working with someone one on one in person, or doing distant coaching, as long as you put in the work and are committed to making life long changes, it will work. Zami does weekly check in’s as a form of accountability with each of his clients, and designs programs that fit your current lifestyle. If you are following the program as designed, including the nutritional support, you will definitely see results.

  2. i don’t have access to a gym, will your plan still work for me?

No gym? No problem! You can get a great workout in your home, at a park, or anywhere without any gym equipment. Physical wellness isn’t about how often you go to the gym or how much weight you can lift. It’s about moving your body in ways that feels supportive and brings you joy. Zami can design a physical wellness plan for you that incorporates your body and equipment you find in your home.

  3. I’m not interested in loosing weight, or getting buff, I just want to feel more fit and active. Can you help me?

Absolutely. Again, Working with Zami isn’t about fitting into a societal norm about what your body should look like. Zami supports all of his clients on whatever wellness goal they want in regards to both physical, emotional and spiritual well being.

  4. I HAVE A HISTORY OF DISORDERED EATING. I’m afraid a nutrition plan will trigger this for me.

This is absolutely a valid concern, and something that many of Zami’s clients have expressed in the beginning of working with him. Zami has worked with people with a history of disordered eating from anorexia, to bulimia, as well as overeating. Zami’s nutrition plans are based on mindful eating techniques, and do NOT focus on calorie counting, restricting, or other methods that often trigger disordered eating patterns. Zami creates nutrition plans based on the individuals needs, and coaches his clients through any obstacles and hurdles that may arise.
